How do I know I need a new roof?
Curling or missing shingles, granules in the gutters, leaks or stains on ceilings, and a roof that's near the end of its expected life are the most common signs. We'll take a look and give you a straight answer.
Tear-off or layover?
A full tear-off lets us inspect and repair the roof deck and install proper ice and water protection. We'll talk through the options for your roof during the estimate.
Is metal worth the extra cost over shingles?
Standing-seam metal costs more up front but lasts much longer and sheds snow well. For many homeowners it's about how long you plan to stay in the home.
Do you install roofs on new construction?
Yes. We work with builders on new homes and additions, either labor-only or labor and material.
