Our story

A contractor you can actually reach

Above & Beyond Exteriors LLC is owned and run by Matt Weiland. When you call, text, or request a quote, you’re dealing with the person responsible for the work, not a call center or a salesperson.

We focus on the outside of the home: decks and railings, siding, roofing, and the trim, soffit, and fascia that tie it all together. Doing all of it means we understand how each layer works with the next, from the roof edge to the weather barrier behind the siding.

Our motto says it simply: “Above and Beyond, It's Just What We Do.” That means showing up when we say we will, building it right, and leaving a clean job site behind.

What we stand for

Our values

01

Do it right the first time

The parts you can’t see, like flashing, framing, and weather barriers, get the same care as the parts you can.

02

Clear, honest estimates

You’ll know the scope, materials, and price in writing before work starts. If we find something unexpected, we talk to you first.

03

Respect the home and the site

We protect landscaping, keep the site clean every day, and treat your property like our own.
